i ordred a fuel pump from them, overnight saturday delivery, cost me 79 for the pump, and 46 bux to have it shipped, we were supposed to leave on vacation today, but the idiot i ordred it from, failed to put SW(southwest) as part of my address, even after i corrected him once already about it. so, i waited today, and it didnt come at all, now im pissed as hell, i just blew 40+ bux for nothing on the shipping. is it right to ask him to refund some of the shipping money, being that it is his **** up??? im just mad. oh and he only sent me a copy of the invoice, no tracking number or anything, dumbasses

 

I say yes complain, if you dont it will just happen to someone else and they will go through the same **** as you

 

just called, no answer, but left a message and told him i want my money back for shipping
