reseal it, thats the problem w/ rexs both the hatch and the sunroof leak after time.
Plus the hatch does not stay up.
plus it rust.
plus...thats all i can think of.
you can buy a new rubber peice, or just get a new sun roof for under that 200 you want to spend

1. Remove sunroof
2. Replace with fiberglass panel
3. Paint

yeah, this is the first guy so far to mention the drain tubes, they're a pretty common problem too.

the drain plugs justgetplugged up with all kinds of dirt and stuff so that water can no longer flow down them, and if the water cant go down there, it has to go somewhere - in the car

i havent done this because i have a dx, but if you had to reseal, could you just use silicon temporarily until you get new seals?

but first solution would be to remove panel, blow out the drain tubes as allerady mentioned.

then maybe silicon it back up, or duct tape it back.

Im am facing the same problem right now. The things the Helms says to check for water leaks:

1. Clogged drain tube
2. Gap between glass weatherstrip and roof panel
3.Defective or improperly installed glass weatherstrip

ok just so everyone knows i havent fixed the problem yet but i figured out what to do....me and a good friend of mine looked and found the drain tubes...they are towards the front of the car and they are just little holes...on the passenger side we took a cup of water and poured it into the sunroof resevoir thing and the water poured out of the drain tube and down out by my front passenger side tire...so it was clean as a whistle...then we went to the drivers side and poured water in the resevoir and nothing happened for a sec it just filled to the top of the resevoir and started to drip inside the car...so it was the drivers side tube that is clogged...my friend has an extremely high powered air compressor and tommorrow afternoon iam gonna get some drano and shoot it in the hole and take the compressor and blast all the dirt out if possible..if not then im to the dealer ship......................i have a quick question to anyone out there though-are there only 2 drain tubes because thats all i found is there 4 or 2?????please answer me someobody-thanks

There are 4. Two in front, two in the rear. I'm not sure where the rear ones come out on a hatch. On 2 and 4 doors they are in the trunk behind the wheel wells.
