i just wanted to know what kinda paint i should use if i wanna paint my bumper signals amber. i'm sure you guys have seen that lamp, and tail light paint @ car shows to paint clears lights to a color of your choice, but it runs 25 bucks for a can. is there a cheaper alternative out there?

 

Stain glass paint from Michael's. It's like 6 bux a can. All you need is 1can. It's more of an orange color, but it comes out amber.

 

does the michael's can fade?

Michaels orange staind glass paint. The cap is a clear orangish color. Do like 5 - 10 thin coats and you will be set. Did it to my stock corners, and just did it to my brothers stock corvers too..

Make sure you wash the outside with hot/soapy water and dry it well. You might also want to clear coat it after words, but that is not a must.
