Default OIl on spark plugs

Was doing an oil change today and while at it decided to check brakes and spark plugs...
pulled each one out 1 by 1 and noticed that there was oil on each one...
they were covered even the white part had oil on it...
so i cleaned each one off and put it back in to check for oil, cuz i figred it just leaked threw when i was pouring in new oil...however after pulling the plug out again there was oil at the bottom of it...any ideas on what the problem may be?
and why i'm getting oil over the spark plugs...?

Can we get a little more info on your car? Year, miles, etc? Don't want to scare you, but it sounds like a serious prob...worn valve guides or piston rings, according to my Haynes manual.

actually, more than likely it is just spark plug tube gaskets. just replaced my valve cover gasket, and the tube thingeys. I would recommend that.

I guess I'l ask here instead of making a new thread.
I got a similar problem except the oil is comming up to the ignition wirespast the threads of the plug?
I replaced those O rings like some people said to do, but the problem is still there.
I got a 93 accord lx 125K miles.
Any ideas anyone?
Yes my gas mileage is suffering as well as power.

oil is seeping throught the rocker arm seals, with miles like that the rocker
arm seals are harden and shrink, if you replace them make sure to replace the
plug well seals also

if the oil is mostly in the spark plug tube and on the wire, it's either the spark plug grommets, valve seals, or valve guides. if it's on the bottom of the spark plug as well, it could also be piston rings. im sure it could be something else, but that's the most common.
