i put a type-r swap in a 92 VX and so far the wiring has been a pain in the ***. yesterday i went to plug in the O2 sensor
black- B1
white- D14
green- D22
black-A6

well i got nothing but O2 sensor and heater codes than TPS sensor for doing this
than i went to wire up the Knock sensor D3 and theres allready a wire there
oh yeah the 92 VX has 7 wires coming out the O2 sensor which is also confusing me. should i wire up the O2 like i did above or are the VX pins different.

any of you guys run through the same thing with the VX?

 

i forgot to mention that i'm using a 95 Vx ecu which has the 4 wire O2 sensor.

when i first put the swap in it wouldnt start. than i wrapped a dax harness around it. the car started right away, so then i put back the VX harness back on without doing anything to it and it started. why wouldnt it start in the first place. man i give up, i'm going to the junkyard to get an EX complete harness

 

so ur putting a odb I harness on an OBD II motor???

dont u have like extra plugs just laying around??

try using a vtec obd II harness and a chipped p28 ecu...

 

no extra plugs. i wrapped the Vx harness around the R and no extra plugs like i had with the type R harness. plus i want OBD1 wiring
