Default What are the best mod's?

I'm saving up for a 93 Prelude V-Tech and I was wondering what are some of the best modifications I could have installed?

or just have a fast good handling street car??

then go for cheap mods like intake exhuast and header, and then some good lowering springs

nitrous is cheap boost in hp.....

What about computer chips, fuel injectors, cam gears and things like that. Also what are the best manufactures.

intake/header/exhaust before anything.....let the engine breath better

nitrous is cheap, turbo is expensive. all depends on what you have to spend. i would work on suspension first if i were you, then move on to
