Default Type R and GSR rod difference

What is the difference between a GSR and Type R rod. Is there any marks on the rod to tell the diffence?

ITRs are a little lighter and balanced to within a gram of each other.

The ITR rods also use a different method of torqueing. The GSR rods are torqued to a specific value. Type-R rods require you to torque to a certain spec., then use a bolt stretch guage to do the final step for final torque.
