Default changing the front brakes? 96 accord

Ok I know this has probably been covered a billion times before but I can't seem to find anything about it with the search button.

I need to change the brakes on my 96 accord LX. I remember my dad struugling with them a while back with getting the hub off of the rotor.

Can someone explain to me an easy way to do this? if there is an easy way. And why the hell is it designed like that!?!

if u have enuff meat on the rotors u can take the hub/rotor assembly to skilllube and they'll turn em....if u need new ones....take the hub/rotor assembly to a machine shop and they'll press off the old rotors and press on the new ones......thats really the best way

That's why so many of us are doing the rotor over hub swap! It's not hard to do, and only costs a few hundred bucks. But once you are done changing your rotors is easy. I'm still waiting to get tires for my rims before I can do it.
