Default b18b in ek

We are putting a 95 b18b in a 98 civic. Which wire harness should we use, the OBD II ex? or the OBD I ls? I have an OBD I ecu and a wire harness conversion for the OBD II wire harness into the OBD I ecu. Please help.

We dont have the part of the wire harness that goes to the ECU, WE are missing only the part that goes through the firewall and has three big plugs, and the anti lock brakes on it.
