its a jdm cluster but not from a sir like he says, its from a lower level civic. but it does have a redline of 8k so it makes you think.
....for example its from a model like the vti from 92-95, it had the b16 engine but everything was not the same as an sir....
so for an ek they must have had a model like that b16 but no other options

In Japan, by law speedos can only go up to 180km. Most likely it's a 96-00 Civic SIR from Asian Domestic Market... ie. Vietnam, Phils., Thailand
