I know someone with a 93 Talon TSI AWD Turbo. Will the turbo from that car mount up on my del sol? (D15B7) I'm asking because I can get the turbo close to nothing. Would buy the whole car, but its and auto.

I know I'll need a turbo exhausts manifold. Anything else?

 

you need to do alot of searching.

maybe you could swap your d series tranny onto the motor?

making your del sol an AWD car wont be too hard. all you need to do is go to fairy land and ask them to fabricate some stuff for you. and your set.

lol...if you read the title ...it seems as if he wants the talon motor in his sol...but if you read his post...he wants just the turbo

anyways....you would want to check out http://www.homemadeturbo.com you can use a manifold from a crx hf and wagon 88-91 or 92-95 vx/cx an bolt up the turbo using an adapter plate...you will also need fuel managment

The DSM turbo is pretty good, just get a custom mani built.

 

Ok, well thanks. I would buy the whole car and drive that. Put the del sol aside for work. But the Talon is an automatic.
