I finally got the time to do the wiring. I understand the wiring diagram but, I had some questions.

1) Am I supposed to cut and use the harness and wires from the "Cruise Control" ?
2) If I do will the cruise control work anymore? Are there ways around this? All I have is what Mike M sent me below.

yes.

leave cruise control alone and take out the dimmer. problem solved.

 

what if I want the dimmer also whats another solution. Can I but the harness for this at Acura dealer?

 

You should use the dimmer position but leave the dimmer behind the dash. You will need a connector like the one from the cruise for your fog light switch. Wrecker is the best place.
