99+ ctr climate control console in 96-98?

Has anyone ever tried putting a 99+ climate control in a 96-98? I know its way differant plug, and vents, but is the dash the same. The car being worked on has a rhd 98 dashboard in it.

Maybe i could mold some lumina taillights in it to? prolly 40000 hours of work?

Ive always wanted a is300, get it and then mold 92-95 stock civic taillights in it.
