for those who wondered, yes it does fits, no rubbing, no problems at all.
btw. here is my new setup:
-'00 JDM Orthia B20B (no need for drivers side mount change, it works with 92-3 Sohc EG mount)
-Y21 LSD tranny

compared to JDM D15b or ZC sohc vtec its not even close, its like totally different car.
compared to B16A its a night and day difference especially intown and on the highway. and with the tranny its always in the power band. I am in 5th gear at all times even at 40mph just add gas and you're gone.
now versus my old b18c (180+whp/130lb/ft) its quite comparable but slightly more torquey down low.

B20B with a low-rise (ala P75/LS or even older 96-8 JDM orthia intake) suffered from a flat spot between 3.2-4k rpm or so. the chamber solved that and the torque/power curve is alot smoother. possibly at the expense of the top end but its defiantly worth the extra weight

he is referring to the intake manifold. And its oddness. I used to own a crv and it had that exact intake manifold setup. It is supposed to create more torque in the bottom end of the power band.. Where most of the crv owners like myself greatly lacked.... Whoever over there at honda decided that a 2.0 was good enough for a small suv style vehicle, obviously never put 2 fat kids in the back seat.... talk about 1 slow ride.
damn thats an old post...
