Bumper support same for 88-89 and 90-91 ?

Default Bumper support same for 88-89 and 90-91 ?
Is it the same? I found one from a 90-91 but my car is a 89. If its not the same will it fit with minor adjustment?

I used an 88 on my 91 crx, just need some very minor adjustments for the 2 bolts that's it.
