Me Either...why yu need all those pipes?
If I was having a full-race setup built by john, it would be a 4-2-1 Stepped Primaries with a Megaphone.

Obviously he had all those pipes because of the different motor applications. Megaphones are good for motors with peakier HP. However, once you start making power, he suggested going to straight pipe for a broader power band. I think that clears up the info on the question "why all those pieces?" Fullthrottle has obviously had a few different motors over the years. Dealing with all motor cars there is no "one header works for every application" at least now someone would have a couple of different headers to test.
Actually the 800-Shipped for 2 Pipes is a good deal. Would have a hard time putting on my street car tho

Correct...it's a great deal considering it's normally $1300 just for the "normal" header without the secondary pieces.
