i've got a couple things that i'm trying to figure out, every once in a while on acceleration, my car acts like it's not getting gas, it won't accelerate, but if i let off the gas and then go, it picks up and goes, i don't know if my fuel filter might be clogged, and the second thing is, when my car is sitting there idling, it idles at about 1100, then drops down to 800, then back up to 1100, and it sits there and does that, i'm wondering if it is a vacumn hose problem

 

I gots the same prob. in my 89 crx w/ b16a. It just seems to go nowhere sometimes when i hit the gas hard. My timing is off though because i am using the stock crx dzzy. those bitches at hookups in upland didnt supply me with a b16 dizzy when i picked up the motor. Anyway, I changed my fuel filter and it still does the same ting. I cant figure it out either. I checked my vacuum hoses, and there seems to be no leaks. hopefully some one wil help us out
