Turbo kit all the way man,there's no contest.You'll end up selling your 17's later anyways.

That is a huge difference. I can get 17's and tire for $1,000 brand new. If you are gonna really consider turbo kit PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me you know there is more to it then just slapping a kit on it. PLEASE. Other wise just get the wheels.
