Default Best mods for the Money

I'm running a b18c1 in a '91 crx completely stock: motor, headers, and exhaust. I was wondering what would help my 1/4 mile times the most for the money. Cams, stroker, turbo, lsd, slicks, exhaust, headers, motor work, etc.?

Bang for the buck wise, I would do a 60 shot single fogger(I'm conservative ).

Here's my best time slip:
R/t .600
60' 2.404
330' 6.503
1/8 9.820 @ 73.52mph
1000' 12.686
1/4 15.082 @ 94.51mph

I wasn't getting traction at all that night either.

Practice.

Through practice I dropped my times 0.5s.

My $0.02.

Nitrous is the most bang for buck when you are talking about under $1k. From your time slip it looks like you need suspension, tires, and practice. I'd start with those three before going out and getting more hp.
