hook up FICV on MPFI?
okay, I am now among the hundreds of people to post about the mpfi swap.
engine: 1990 D15b2
mpfi parts- 91 d16a6
there is a 2 wire, wire harnes on my fast idle control valve and I cant figure out where to hook it up. My helms doesn't show a fast idle valve on my previous manifold.
Also on the TPS sensor, where I'm supposed to switch the green/white and yellow/white wires, my green/white wire was not connected to the the tps plug. I also have a ground wire on there. Am I supposed to wire in the green/white and just cut yellow/white? People always say "just switch the two wires..." thats why I'm asking.

I did the mpfi and i didnt hook up the FICV and theres no problems. theres also a plug not used on the DX harness but it doesnt fit. For the TPS the outside wires switch places and the middle one stays.
This is the info you need.

The only thing that will be different is the blue/green and blue/yellow wires. They will go to your distributer plug.
On the TPS (3 wires) -- Easily put -- Switch the 2 outside wires. Thats it. They will also need to be extended.
