Default milage on a full tank (gsr)

How much does everyone get on a full tank? I have a 95 gsr and use premium gas and only get 300 miles a full tank....is that good or bad?
Thanks
girliegrl

PS I do put it into v-tec(but not everyday) is that whats eating my gas? I just got the car a month ago, is there something I should change or replace?

Lets see...
My car is fully tuned and I take good care of it.
I/H/C/E and I use 90-94 octane.
City driving I usually get at least 450km(280miles), highway driving 600km(375 miles)
it is a 94 gsr

~380 miles is my record so far, 100% highway driving with only 1 stop I think.

I get around 175mpg around half a tank without burning gas like an idiot and just shifting lower than 3,000rpm.

385 is my record down I95 doing 55-60mph.

This was during my road trip from NYC to Sarasota, FL last year.

I think this really explain the reason why the mileage people get vary so much. I get around 240 for city and around 280 highway. That because the speed we're travelling at. My highway speed range from 80-90. My city is around 50-60 so I'm sure I can get around 380 miles too if i travel around 55-60.

These thread really doesn't help much because no one really say what's their driving style. I drive mine hard. VTEC several times a day at least.

~380 @ 80+ MPH, 99% freeway.

And when I fill up, I only get about 11.5 gallons in. So I could probably get a good 35-45 more miles out of it.

That comes to about 33mpg. That's very good. I get around 30mpg on all highway. I usually fill up @ 300 miles @ around 10 gallons. My mods are cams, gears, valvetrains, hondata w/ redline @ 8600, intake, header... this would most likely be the reason soon. on long stretch like that, I usually go 90+ that that's another thing I have to consider too. I got as low as 16MPG on my car though. My bro drove it 100% highway @ 120+MPH all the way. It was 2AM going from LA to SD.

I got about 360 on my last tank. About 20 of that was city and the other 340 was highway @ 90 mph. In the city, I went into vtec a bunch of times (90% 1st gear, 10% 2-3 gear) and experienced redline just about every time I went into vtec I love 8100 rpm too much Mods: intake & exhaust
