What brake setup do you have on your car?

From what I know, you can only use the rotor for your specific setup. For example, if you have stock Civic, then you have to use a rotor that's specifically for your model. Now if you were like me, and had Teg front brakes in your CRX, then yes, you could get the Teg rotors.
I hope I made sense.

No you can't use the Teg rotors cause the civic calipers are too damn small and will only make surface contact with half the rotor, just upgrade to Teg suspension. ;]

I just installed brembo rotors that I bought of ebay. New performance pads as well. You can't go wrong there, for the money the difference is great. It does make a lot of noise right now, I'll wait for the pads to wear off a bit.

What Pacman meant to say was that since the rotor is a larger diameter, the caliper won't be able to go in close enough to the hub for you to get the caliper mounting bolts in.

I once had my caliper mounting brackets modified so the mounting ears were a bit longer, and was then able to use the Integra rotors on my Civic caliper/knuckle equipped car.
