b16...whcih plug wires?
I have been trying to get rid of a nasty hesisation in my car for about a month now. Tried a new Cap, and new plugs..... still there. So i pulled the wires yesterday and one of the ends just broke off when i pulled it out fo the distributor...
What wires should i get?? NGK's are $82 around here.... need them asap because the set that is on there now decinagrated, and they are about 5 months old.

i would say either run the ngks or factory honda, i had a buddy that ran both ngk and honda wires on a dyno run and he got more power with the honda wires.
i rock the magnecore 8.5mm they are really high quality and the ends seem to go on better than stock, i paid 95 bucks for them.
they are for a delsol
if you need something now you could always get a set from autozone or somewhere for 30 bucks until you can get some new oem ones or ngk or magnecores

Check to see if your rotor is loose. That will cause hesitation. As for plug wires I'm running MSD B18C wires. They are the same for all DOHC Vtec models.

K, thanks guys, just picked up some del sol ngk wires...
As for the hesistation, i am lost, gonna try these wires and see what happens. I dont think its an o2, no codes, and the rotor is tight, however i have a new one i am gonna replace it with.
The hesistation happened after i put in a knock sensor and calibrated the TPS. All codes went away. Hesistation started, got progressively worse. Now i have a code 22, so i pulled the vtec solenoid, cleaned it, and put new gaskets in it.
Guess i will go see where i am at.

UPDATE::
I put on the new wires tonight. Went to start it, and it wont even run. If i give it gas, it sounds like a 600 hp mustang, jumping all over the place. IT sounds horrible, i dont know whats wrong. None of the wires are crossed. Please help!!

Check all the wires on the cap again. Make certian they are inthe right firing order. Did you get a new cap. Somtimes, inside the cap, there is a small pin that can go bad. It touches the coil. Check this. Also double check your rotor. Make sure its tight as hell. It can only go on one way (it has a small flat spot on it in the shaft), when you replaced it did you force it on did you?
Yeah OEM Honda is NGK. Do OEM Honda ones come in the blue color, because I know the NGK ones you buy are blue, I was wondering if since NGK makes OEM Honda if they are really the exact same wires.
