Default Oil Pump help

neone know how to go about removing an oil pump from one car and then reinstalling it into my car? i basically need to know the location of the pump and what to do to remove it....tia

Have you ever done a timming belt? Well the process starts just like that. If you have never done it or are not pretty well mechanicaly inclined then dont attempt alone. Its not a quick easy process. Here is a quick dissambly run down. Get a Helms.

1 Drain oil
2 Remove timming belt(after setting motor to TDC)
3 Remove oil pan(did you drain oil first??)
4 remove oil screen/pick up tube(pick up tube feed into the oil pump)
5 Remove oil pump

Basicaly the oil pump is turned by the cranckshaft which it goes over. The oil pump also acts as your engines side plate. behind the crank puley.
