You run it without the filter but im sure you can put something on the inside for a filter.I heard these help alot,check out importreview.com there is a dyno plot of it over a standard short ram and it makes alot of power. N/P CivicRtype,anytime bro.

No sorry this cost me a lil more than that so I can't these are no longer made and are discontinued, I had to get these custom made cause the demand was there, they were all spoken for but everyone that was on the list except the 2 above are damn flakes. $125 plus shipping which is a flat rate of $7 thats it.
