Default Motort mount inserts

Can somebody direct me in putting energy suspension motor mount inserts in my car? Has anybody done this before and have some steps to help me do it? Thanks

You have to take the front under car cover off to see the two front engine mounts. They are held together by a couple of 17" bolts and 19" bolt on the other side (driver). You should get down there and take off the cover then you'll see what I'm talking about..it's very straight forward installation. The driver side, you have to lower the engine a little bit (about an inch) to remove the motor mount to put the insert in..not a big deal...

Now the 3rd one..the rear one..it's a BITCH! I have a JRSC on..can't even touch it...so needless to say, my 3rd mount is little on the bench in my garage. Anyways, the 3rd mount is right under the firewall...right behind the engine (in the middle where the oil cap is)...If you don't have a blower installed, itmight be easier to put it it..good luck.

you can try going to http://www.netbsi-kc.com/integra/energymm.html that's where i went for info on how to install them. when i checked the link again it said it wasn't working but you can try it. it is pretty straightforward as blueG2 said, you just have to get underneath the car and take a look. passenger side is easy. for the driver's side there are bolts on the right of the head that you loosen to lower the engine a little. you can put a block or a jack for ease of mind. you don't have to lower it much, just enough to get the mount out. as for the rear mount, i found it easier to take off that bracket that's in the way. you'll see it. if you have power tools it'll be way easier but it's very possible with hand tools. just make sure you have those extra long extensions for the rear mount.

rear mount makes the most difference ^^ so be sure to slap that in asap

randomwalk101 is right i had mine done by a honda tech...he charged me 20 bones to do it cuz he is a friend...but that was the worst...it took 2 people and a floor jack to move my engine around. But they work great, it gets alittle noisey in the car now, but well worth the new found tracktion. good luck
