If you know how the JDM rear seats in our cars, there is no plastic middle piece. But that is with the suede and red stiching. Do they have those in japan where its just ALL leather? and no plastic piece?

 

I recommend buying a four door Integra, that problem will never even pop up

Honestly I don't know if the four door seats will fit, you may want to search the Appearance forum. Or try DFH, they usually have nothing to do.
