salt lake utah import scene
im moving from louisiana to utah in a year and was wondering how the racing scene is like in utah i determine to bring my h22 turbo hatch any info would help im finishing school in ogden thanks for the info

utah scene is just about rice. its actually rare to have a swap here which is pretty ghey. I personally hate it.

yeah, not bad. There is RMR that is not a bad track. Only thing that sucks is we are at 4600 elavation feet. So, unless w/o boost you're definitely in for some slow times compared to sea level.
As for shops, most of the shops are lame.

APC seems to be the "hot" things here nowadays.... everyone and their mother has altezza tails and led window sprayers. Not to mention HUGE and I mean Huge APC logo stickers on their cars and trucks. It is too much to handle...

there are ricers everywhere, when i was in cali i think thats all i saw was rice, worse than utah and idaho put together.
i dont mind living in utah im from idaho and it wasnt that bad

you can find a way to liven things up.... make a car club or something with the best cars. no ricers... make it cool yourself... dont wait for things to be cool by themselves.
