I was wondering if the neuspeed rear sway bar & tie bar is better or worse than stock one?

 

Why would you want to replace it with the 19mm Neuspeed? Non-R Integra's usually upgrade to a larger diameter, such as the ITR bar, up from the stock size of 13-14mm, thus giving us better handling. I don't think Type R's lack in this area.

 

depends what else he has done. My friend had the ITR rearswaybar on his car. After he got his coilovers and shocks, he removed the rearswaybar completely. It all depends on your susp setup.

 

the reason why i'm asking is because I got my R used, and I just found out that the car has neuspeed bar instead of oem....... It MIGHT have been just a tie bar, but I can't really tell...
