i dont know about 16" but 15" weights 5 KG per rim.
and they are available in white, bronze, black, silver, and so on.

I got them from http://www.revolutionsmotorsports.com
The rim with tire has 14kgs
The 16" rim should have about 6,2 kgs
PS: My Original ITR Rim 15" with tire had 12,5 kgs
