not with me you POS, I have seen it very early! MY friend will solder you!
The pipes on the flanch are soldered and the pipes to pipes are welded. I hope it is fixed after the soldering work and will never happen again!
BTW: I have stock engine mounts, should I insert stronger ones, so the engine can not move that much up and down...would this help a header from cracking?

rewelding it with the proper filler rod is a very good idea. However, i dont think it is soldered, that is robotic TIG welding. I strongly recommend that you do not solder/braze it.
Inserting better mounts will help, but building a brace is the best way to prolong the cracking.
BTW: throw another shrimp on the barbi mate!
j/k

I will give him one more chance. If he try to crack again I will melt it and sell it for pounds price

Awww man. This means downtime on your car which equals no more cool videos for the time being. I must've watched the "type-r musik" one 20 times already.
1) if its a poor quality robotic tig (most are) then they do a scallop of metal at a time, not a smooth flowing weld. This produces many stress risers and a stress riser is where a crack starts. Once the crack starts here, it propagates <cracks more>
2) very few people who run robotic tig welders take the time/money to send their samples out to get analyzed for proper welding. Its impossible to "guess" how well it is working, and you cant "feel" it like you can when welding by hand.

Get the cracks repaired properly followed by adding expansion slits and braces to the manifold. I ran my Kiwi mani for 13 months with no problems. All I did was add two braces that connected the head flange to the turbo flange.
