im repainting my new car 93 civic 4 door, its just gonna be dropped on civic SI wheels, im debating between VSM or s2k silver.
any opinions, maybe some pics of 92-95 4 door cars in those colors?

Which S2000 Silver?

The darker Silverstone Metallic Clearcoat (NH-630M)

or

The lighter Sebring Silver Metallic Clearcoat (NH-552M)

I had this exact same debate a little over a year ago when I painted my 1992 hatch Silver.

I chose Vogue Silver Metallic (NH-583M) :

Well what better way to show him one of his color choices applied to a car Civic much like his?

Had he asked for another color and I had those pics I'd have posted those pics instead.

I planned on painting my EG silverstone metallic, but after checking out the newer s2ks, I really like the newer, lighter silver.

BTW...I love that last pic tom.

 

actually i was downtown last nite and i saw one of the new jeeps and the paint on it was a reallyt nice color looks liek a mix between bronze and gunmetal with a deep luster. i want to get my car painted that color bad!!!!

 

i didnt know s2k had 2 different silvers, anyone have pics of those
im really diggin the VSM it should look good with 99-00 SI wheels

Granite Green Mettalic is pretty nice and different Honda/Acua OEM color. It's silver/gunmetal with green in it

VSM looks real close to the BMW Sterling Pearl Gray Metallic, that I had my EG hatchback repainted to for the new owner......

Heh.. sorry for the "no longer a post for 56Ker's" thread w/picts, but that's to give you idea of how it looks. For my 98 Civic hatch w/H22, I'm going to have it painted AMG silver..... should be looking "bling" at SEMA this year

S2000 Silverstone metallic w/2000 GSR wheels on. Should give you an idea.... either that or look at any silver S2K with stock wheels and it looks the same.

 

i think im leaning toward the s2k darker silver

newman the more pics you have of that car post them im really digging that color

 

Silverstone Metallic is one of my possible choices. It's a pretty simple color. I also love the Desert Silver Metallic found on RSX's. It's a toss up between the two.

 

than im also debating on wether or not to paint the grilles in the front bumper or leave them black. i was thinking paint the outer vents and leave the middle black
