OT: New security device!?
Sorry for the cross post, but I highly value the opinion of the members in this forum, especially when it comes to security and our high theft rate...

A steering wheel lock that <u>completely</u> encloses the wheel! Sure, it's not fullproof (nothing is), but would it deter your average thief if they saw that on?

I doubt it would. It might deter joyriders but I put those people into a sifferent categoy compared to the guys/girls that steal for the parts.
Such people have found easy ways around other wheel/peddle locks, so I'm sure they'll find a way around this one too.
