how built is it. theres too many variables. compression numbers, redline, etc....
i can give you a range of 140 - 220 to the wheels and 130 - 170 torque

stock everything, just slapped together will be slower than a b18c. or even a b16a. not good not good. tuned you might be able to get 130 torque and 150 horsepower
