Default 14.5 with just I/E muahhaha

So I went to Stanton (Mid Michigan Motoplex) tonight with some friends. My previous best time from last year was a 14.896@92.95. I bested that today with a 14.844@93.67. I got pissed cuz I wanted to break a 14.799. So I took out my passenger seat, and rear seats. I ran a 14.78, but I wanted better. My best 60' was a 2.152 so I though I'd perfect my shiftorizing skillz...I got consistent 14.7's the rest of the night with 2.2 60'. Then I decided to lower my tire pressure to 25psi and launch high. Boom...14.615@94.00. Go back and launch up higher (6500rpm) with a little less wheel spin 14.584@94.13mph with a 2.226 60'!!! I was really psyched, and I would have gone back and worked on my launch more, but every one else wanted to leave so I was out...now its time for a header and removing the P/S belt next time.

-Andrew

EDIT: OBD1 ownz j00!!!

What Nitto tires?

If you're going JRSC get the Kamikaze header. Quality is crap but it will get the job done. Don't forget a high-flow cat while you're at it.

probably the worst Nittos ever made. Lol, NT450's I hate them, but I got a good deal on em so whatever...next up is Kumho MX's or Falken Azenis. I plan on Kamikazie for the header too, with a little dremel work...

Those are some nice times!! Congratulations, that makes me want to hit the track even more (still haven't with my recently purchased GS-R). How's the track? The main one in my area (Pacific Raceways) isn't the best of places...
