skunk2 stage 3 cams..anyone got experience with them?

on importbuilders site they list these as race only...why is this??and does anyone have experience with them???and how do they compare to jun 3's?

the skunk2 stage 2's are supposedly almost exactly like the JUN III's.
i would assume skunk2 stage 3's are pretty damn aggressive.
