Default WW RS Front Bumper Question

I just got my car finished the other day and I went to the shop today to check it out (I cant take it home because insurance is being a bitch). Well I went over to clean some crap off of the front bumper and it seemed really loose at the bottom. It has like 4 inches of movement back and forth but it is all screwed in at the top and in the wheel wells. Does anyone know if this is common or not? And should I install a brace to reinforce it?

P.S. Dont move this to appearance or cosmetic.

mine did the same thing. I made a little brace (two little rods) and bolted it under the bumper to the frame.
