I have a Viper 550 ESP. Modified to hell and back.

We've been over this a bunch already. If a theif wants your car bad enough he/she is going to get it. Regardless if you have an alarm.

The only thing you can do with your alarm is slow them down and attract attention.

All alarms do basically the same thing. It really just matters how well they do it and how well all the sensors are integrated.

As far as I know the Viper 550 and Viper 790 are the best on the market. Still better than all those pager alarms and all that.

Why? B/c they are easily integrated with the shock sensors and auxilury inputs. So you can have multiple sensors and have command over each of them.

The Viper 550 is just a step up from the 500 if you want remote start.

The Viper 790 just integrates all of the Viper features into the hand held and monitors them easier. (for people who cant listen to number of siren chirps)
