I have a 90 honda civic with a d15B2 motor and for some reason the check engine light came on. And it put a rev limiter on it at 3600 rpm. The car has trouble starting sometimes. If anyone knows what is wrong please let me know. Your info is important to me. Thanks.

 

get down to the ecu (under passengers side where feet would go) and see if you have any codes flashing.
