Clunking in right rear after ITR Bar on Stock LS (not tearout!!)
Used a BSQ self-made kit, the bar in on there strong, doesn't move up and down, but might move side to side in the D brackets, there seems to be a "cleaned" spot about an inch or two wide on the bar itself. When I try and shake the car with my hand it's stiff and wont move.
Anyone have any suggestions? I looked at the muffler for possible contact points but it doesn't look like thats it.

are you sure its not upsidedown. A lot of people make this mistake. The bends on the bars must hang down...not up....so that if you look at the bar from the back, it looks like this:
---\___/----------------------\___/---
check that...it might be the problem...if the bar is the other way around...the bend part will hit the exhaust.
HTH.

The endlinks should prevent the swaybar from moving from side-to-side.
Well I'm 99% sure I mounted it right, b/c me and my friend were looking at how the old bar came out to make sure we didn't do that, but I'll double check it.
the "cleaned" part on the bar is the Factory ITR D bushing that mounts to the subframe.
The clunking only happen on harder right turns, and really hard on auto-x transitions where I go left hard to right hard (slalom, a lot of body roll too b/c I'm stock suspension otherwise. )
Thank you guys for the suggestions, should I loosen are retighten all the bolts with the car on the ground? We tightened them with the car off the ground wheels hanging. The endlinks seem tight...hrmmmm....

I would suggest disconnecting the swaybar from the endlinks and checking the enlink bushings on the swaybar. Make sure that the bushing is intact and see if the swaybar is contacting the endlink (ie. metal to metal contact). I suspect that the endlink bushing may be the problem, since you mentioned that the swaybar has a "cleaned" spot. It sound as if the swaybar is able to move left and right. HTH

Well I didn't reloosen it while on the ground, but I did retighten all the bolts and the noise seems to have disappeared. But you think I should just unbolt the endlinks and retighten them with the car on the ground still?
Hmm preloads the bar when the cars in the air and you tighten it... would this be a good thing for handling?? Prolly hell on the bushing, but wouldn't the car be "tighter" since it "thinks" that the bar is already being compressed?
thanks again!
EDIT: Thanks BSQ for the help also, the bar IS installed the right side up

Ten bucks says that your bar is hitting against the ABS bracket when your suspension compresses. Look at your abs bracket and see if there is an little indentation from it hitting the bar.
I had clunking too, saw it was the bracket and just let it continue til the braket was pressed down far enough so that it didn't clunk.
