d16y8- is there a non-vtec model?
my friend just got a del sol 97. and he/we were wondering how would you know if it's vtec; there is no 'vtec' stamped on head. thanks. sorry for a stupid question, but i dont need stupid remarks. peace

If its a d16y8 it has VTEC. You could also look for the VTEC selonoid. Search, there was a post just about how to tell if a head was a VTEC head or not.
