need help on motor swap

Default need help on motor swap

Whats up i want to put an integra gsr motor in a 93 civic hatchback is this a good idea? Around what time would it run in the 1/4 mile? Could i just drop the motor in if not what modifications do i have to make to the care to put the motor in. Around how much would it cost? thanx for your help

yeah. its a good idea. many people on HT have that very same setup. you will probably run high 14s. if you suffer on your shifting and launching, expect low to mid 15s. its a straight swap but you do need a rear tranny mount from a b16 civic or a gsr. plus you need to wire vtec. its not as hard as it sounds. most shop range from 500 - 1000. good luck
