when i do a d-series build up, i will be going with turbopanda's rod/piston combo (supra pistons and b16 rods)... search and you will find what i am talking about (if you dont already know)...
yea i read about it. does it work? how much boost can it with hold
i was planning on just getting a block guard and then forged pistons and rods. i want to be able to boost around 15psi. can i do that with the supra pistons?

turbopanda ran 1 bar daily... he said that it even accidentally even saw 1.6 bar... as i said before, when i build my d-series, i will use this setup...
ya i really like it. im going to do it also. me and my friend are gonna build 2 d16 turbo ef's this summer. i hope all goes well.
For the price of "turbopandas" combo you can almost buy proper forged rods and pistons, ie Eagles Rods and SRP pistons. Might aswell spend a little more and a have a safer setup. B16 rods aren't that strong.
