divide 120 by 4 i dunno.......... just a theory..........

I went to RC Engineering's website and did the injector worksheet and came to about 100-110psi at the rail with 440cc injectors. Sooooooooo. got me.

this is a customers car that we did the turbo kit for (manifold, intercooler, turbo, wastegate, piping etc..) we did not setup the fuel system.
however on the wideband at the dyno i had to pull fuel out of it(v-afc) with the 370's to keep it ~12.2-12.5 afr.
got me too...
ill post the graph with a/f later.

engine is a stock b18c5 with 9:1 je pistons

I have seen 370 RC injectors support 400hp++ to the wheels with a FMU. This has been talked about many times before

we build them in house.
the one in the picture was one of the prototypes(mild steel).
they are now only available in 8 gauge 304L stainless steel.
runner length is 13-16 inches.
the pricing is $699 shipped
give us a call at the shop for more info 623-435-1660

Is that the manifold you guys did where the runner cracked and almost dumped the wastegate on the street?

hmm, i think you are thinking of the meng manifolds... not ours.
we'd appriciate it if you would retract that incorrect statement.
thanks

i would retract it, if it was false. however, i know for a fact that it is true. if you would admit to the manifold being in an experimental phase instead of acting like that didn't happen to your product, i would be able to accept that.

i wasn't bashing anyone.

Frankly, I don't understand it. And thats why i posted what I did.

I have NO problem with CT.com... it was not about them in any way shape or form. it was about the customer.

Think about it-
If you spent 5500 on an ITR swap
and then spent another 3000+ on a turbo set up

wouldn't you want to run it properly?

Who did I shoot down? no one. I questioned the setup. thats all.
When do I talk good about myself? do you even know WHAT I'm running? no.

I'm not trashing anyone, except maybe you for talking **** with out knowing what you are accusing.

you're just pised off cuz i joined hondastyle to try to stop the spread of rice, and you happen to mod there.

and moreover, Hondata just posted a good thread a couple down from here, which backs me up.

Hey CHEAPTURBOdotCOM......

Will i loose much spoolup time by going from a T3 with a .48ex to a T3/T4 with a .48 ex?

thanks for all the compliments guys.
we have been testing 2 of these manifolds in mild steel for ~5000 miles of everyday hard driving.
the mild steel has held up, but i personally dont trust it and we all know its not as pretty . so, we will only be producing these for sale in only in 304L stainless steel for $699 shipped. we trust them so much that we will be offering a lifetime warranty against cracking..

pictures of the manifold in stainless.
