D16Z6 = 73N.m (7.3kg-m, 53 ft.Lbs.)

Quote from Helms manual:

"Tighten the cylinder head bolts in two steps.
1st step: 30Nm (3.0kg-m, 22lb-ft)
2nd step: 73Nm (7.3kg-m, 53lb-ft)"

"Cylinder head bolts tightening sequence:

8 6 2 4 10
9 3 1 5 7"

work your way from inside and criss=cross to the outside.

Like stated above...22lbs, then 53 lbs.

Cam caps I think are 23 for 8mm and 6mm are 7 lbs...

no the cam caps will be in inch lbs not foot. they will break if you torque them to even 10 ft lbs this is on my B18B but the d-series may be different (i doubt it.)

nope the cam bearing caps are on a B18B are 87 inch lbs, which is like 7 ft lbs

I snapped a few at 10 ft lbs so I know its not higher than that
