Another question for 1989-1991 Civic hatch Si

Is the engine in these the same? or did it change between 1988-1991? I am lookin' at an 1989, and the only info I can find on these is from 1990-91... anyone have site(s) that have all the layouts for the 1989 si???

weight/brakes/engine/torque/etc.

Weight is close.. the 90/91s are heavier. the engines are the same (except for the number of splines on the crank - i think).. brakes are the same on all I believe (unless a rear disc upgrade was ordered?)
