you sure you don't want the springs and retainers? anything above the 402s should get the springs and retainers kit too. you also might want to get a proformance header and a cat

Ya, and what's your point? People asked the question and it has been covered already. If this person has a question he should reply to one of the original threads.
That's what people like you just don't get. 1)When all the information is in one thread it makes doing research on things alot easier. 2) Not creating useless threads saves space on the server, which makes it faster and less likely to go down so we can enjoy honda-tech all the time.

Yes, I agree. But the starter of the thread is notorious for asking questions without any research, or searching the archives. It wasn't pointed at everyone, just him.
Mac8008: Thanx! I was about to explain the exact same thing myself, but you saved me the time.

my old ls integra set up i have Crower 62403s 209/209 it was sweet....CAI, header, testpipe, exhaust, clutch stage 1, lightened flywheel.....it pull nice....then i went ls/vtec.......now i got a GSR and oh yeah you don't need valve springs for stage 2 crower which are 62403s call up CROWER they will even say you could get away with stock vavle train just don't rev over redline....these cams produce up to stock redline of an LS which is 7k there is no reason to rev higher u will spin a bearing or something internally not good
