Blue is all motor and Red is on nitrous.... I need to get back on the dyno with different fuel jets and a bottle pressure gauge and a bottle heater, the guy at the dyno said that i should see 10-20 more horsepower when i get those three things done...
Went a 14.5 all motor
have yet to spray it down the track...
that's crazy, gained more tq than hp
Too bad it's nitrous though...I have never really been a fan of nitrous. What do you have done to the D16Z6 for it to run a 14.5 all motor? What car is it in?

Good question.
Good question.
Is the CX completely stripped? I am not calling BS on this, but I am VERY confused. Seeing those dyno numbers(all motor), I don't think there is any way you would be running a 14.5 I have seen B16's in CXs which put out like 15more whp than your motor does and they dont run a 14.5...

Look at his tq. output. Very similar to a B16A with bolt ons. Same weight, same tq, and similar 60' times=similar 1/4 times. It's not too unrealistic.

Pic isn't working. Like I said, I am NOT calling bs, i believe you. I am just confused...I am allowed to be confused, right?

This is why I always wondered about the B16 swap. What are you paying $3k for? The SOHC in a stripped hatch is nearly as fast or faster usually. What's so confusing?
What nitrous kit are you running?

I was at the machine shop last year when I saw these. When I asked the machinest what happened to that motor, he said the guy was running nitrous.
nice numbers bro
..as long as you have the right nitrous setup and arent stupid using it you should have no worries of this happening..

That's a nice one. It's really irrelevant that nitrous did that though. It could of just as easily been a turbo or supercharger. All that tells me is there was too much power for the rods to hold on to. Stock rods are like toothpicks anyways. He's lucky they didn't break, his block may be salvagable.
