Need more power on my Turbo Accord help out!!!

Hi people...I just put in my Drag turbo in my 98 accord running 7psi 220hp..But I lost to a civic running same thing but only 5psi.

..Could anyone help me out why I lost to this civic and it has less boost ...

And I think is the F series strong than H series???
On my next run could anyone give me good tip on increasing my power...
Was it bigger injector? or anyone know about hondadata? is they any good on helping turbo boost??
