Anyone install a JDM ITR mom SRS steering wheel into a 94-97 integra?
Did you have to cut off the airbag connector off the cable reel and off the airbag and solder the wires together, or are the connectors the same.

BIG BUMP for this question i bought my jdm momo srs in december and havent yet installed it. i hope you dont have to cut wires ive have bad xperiences with that S@!% mine came with the airbag hub.

JDM Momo SRS ITR wheel will plug and play in 96-01 integra.
OBD1 94-95 integra will have to Modify the SRS wires. Will not plug in.
On a side note have anyone try taking the SRS plug form the orignal 94-95 Acura Bags and take them apart and remove the wires and swap the plug over to the momo wheel's srs bag??
Remember Don't jack up. It could kill you if it blows up. Or kill you if it don't blow up when you need it.

bump, I need to know how easy it is to modify the SRS wiring. Has anyone actually modified their wiring to install one of these wheels?

JDM ITR SRS MOMO STEERING WHEEL
you can install either
you have to pull out the srs reel to install the non srs one

Well, I just removed my non-srs and put my a factory one back on. Here's the thing, The one I bought ended up being a 94-95 air bag and I had a 96 GSR with a 96 cable real. So i did a little modding and hacking and it works great!
Just if your not comfurtable, don't do it! that's about true for anything.
